are committed, absolutely, to democracy. Our range of personal
political views encompasses the mainstream political spectrum from
the centre to the left. As trade unionists, our anchor is in the
general principles of liberty, equality, solidarity, human rights,
social justice, provision of welfare and free & fair elections.
4TM believe that PCS should focus on
providing high quality support for you and your representative by
spending your subscriptions responsibly, sensibly and on what you
need. We will always put trade union issues before personal politics
and we stand against all forms of extremist politics.
4TM will change PCS by focusing on
the day-to-day issues that affect you - your job, your pay, your
career. We will involve everyone in policymaking and decision
taking, not just those who can attend meetings.
4TM will strive to make PCS services
excellent by providing better training and working with your
representatives and PCS staff to put you at the centre of the union.
